Overview

Cards and Board Games Club is a place where students can come together and play different types of cards and board games. This would provide entertainment for kids that don’t have access to online games and will be a fun way to make new friends.

The club would meet on the 2nd and 4th  Thursday every month from 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm. The club would be open to only Middle School students to limit age range and foster a more comfortable environment.

Things that would be beneficial for participants

1. Have fun in a focused environment

2. Bring people together

3. Provide an environment with fair play as well as sportsmanship

4. Create an outlet for participants

5. Foster cooperation and teamwork

6. Develop strategies for a variety of games

7. Give an opportunity to make new friends

Milestones 

1. Advertise and recruit participants 

2. Schedule first meeting along with planned games 

3. Have first meeting 

4. Plan ongoing cadence/goals for meetings

   1. Snack schedule

   2. Game focus schedule (if applicable) 

5. Have 10 or more participants

6. Have 16 or more participants
