Ticketing

  • Each of our venues (stadium, gyms, theatre, etc.) will have maximum seating capacity requirements depending on the current COVID guidelines provided by the TSSAA, district, and state.
  • For some events, such as HS football and basketball, we will utilize a digital ticketing system.
  • There will be a set number of tickets available for home attendees and visitor attendees.No additional tickets will be available once the allotted number of tickets are sold.
  • For HS football games, all tickets will be digital and will only be available online through our school website.  The digital tickets for these games will go on sale on Monday morning at 9:00 am for each week’s games.  There will only be a set number of tickets available for Home and Visitor attendees, and there will be a link for Home Ticket Purchases and a link for Visitor Ticket Purchases.  Any remaining tickets will continue to be available for purchase online up to halftime of each game.  If an attendee comes to the gate without a ticket, they can access our school website to purchase a ticket if any are available.
  • As of now, all HS basketball tickets will also be digital tickets sold online, but circumstances may change as we approach those seasons to allow paper ticket purchases at the gate.
  •  Paper tickets will be used for other athletics contests and events and will not be presold.
  • Due to reduced capacities, and additional costs associated with various events, there may an increase in ticket prices this year.For most events, we will still offer different Adult and Student/Senior Citizen ticket prices.
  • All attendees must have a ticket (digital or paper depending on event) or approved pass to enter.
  • There will be a charge for parking for HS football contests, and handicapped parking will be available for all contests and events.

 

Logistics

  • All attendees must wear a mask at all times when attending any contest or event, whether the event is inside or outside.
  • All attendees will have their temperature taken and anyone with a temperature of 100 degrees or higher will not be allowed to enter.
  • During athletics events and activities, there will be no designated student sections.
  • Athletes and participants may have different mask and social distancing allowances during contests or events.Once the event is over, all athletes and participants must follow all current mask and social distancing requirements.
  • In all venues, attendees must sit socially distanced at least 6 feet apart from others.Families may sit closer together, but must be at least 6 feet apart from others.
  • Once a person leaves a venue, they will not be allowed to re-enter.
  • All students and attending children must remain seated during all events.All elementary aged students and younger children must be supervised by an adult at all times.No one is allowed to roam around the venue, roam in the hallways, or roam around or play in any areas in or around our venues.
  • No one, other than the adults and students who are participating in the contest or event, can be on the field or court before or after a contest or event.
  • Anyone not following these guidelines will be required to leave the contest or event and may not be allowed to attend future contests or events.

 

Approved Passes

  • Only TSSAA/TACA/HCS passes will be accepted.All passes are only good for the individual pass holder with all other attendees required to have a ticket.
