Dress Code Reminders
Good Morning, Eagles:
We hope you have enjoyed the Homecoming festivities this week, and we look forward to the game this evening!
As Homecoming Dress Up Days come to a close, we wanted to send a reminder about the dress code. More information can be found in the Student Handbook, but here is a graphic and some reminders.
If students are out of dress code, they are asked to change and/or a phone call is made home to parents/guardians. For flip flops and bedroom slippers, a parent/guardian will be called to bring a different pair of shoes.
Students MUST wear:

Solid clothing (not transparent or translucent, no holes) that at minimum fully covers the top and bottom from armpit to mid-thigh

Tops with sleeves or shoulder straps with a minimum width of three fingers.

Shoes (shoes must be safe for the school environment)
- Bedroom slippers and flip flops shall not be worn, except for school activities approved by the principal
Students CANNOT wear clothing with:

Language or images promoting violence

Language or images that depict, promote, or advocate the illegal use or sale of drugs, alcohol or tobacco products; violent conduct; curse words; pornography; that contain threats or expressions which are violent, discriminatory, lewd or obscene; or that advocate or promote any other illegal item or activity or the use of same

Derogatory speech and/or imagery that targets groups based on race/color, ethnicity/national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Headgear that obscures the face (except as a religious observance or health purpose); clothing items with hoods attached can be worn but must not cover the head. Hats are not permitted.

Blankets are not permitted.
