Morning Announcements
High school:
Women in STEM will meet this Tuesday, October 6, after school in Ms. Teoli’s room. It is not too late to join if you are interested. Students interested in being an officer should be prepared to give a brief speech.

The boys bowling team had a district win Wednesday against a tough Bradley Central team. The boys won 2530-2400. Jacob Geary led the team with a 441 (226, 215). Joshua Quisenberry and Colt Ellis tied for 2nd with 424 2 game sets. Eric Hutz had a career best 2 game set of 338 (170, 168). The boys are now 2-0 in the district.
HOSA club members’ dues are due TODAY to Mrs. Moore. See Mrs. Moore with any questions.
Middle School:
Need something to do to warm up for the play this Saturday? Come out to support your Screaming Eagles Middle School Soccer team as they host Tennessee Middle School at 5:00 pm in the State Sectional on the turf field. The ladies are trying to remain undefeated for the season and the winner gets a trip to the State Tournament next week. Cheer on your friends and support Signal Mtn. Soccer!

Anyone who wants to participate in the middle school Perennial Math Competition on Saturday October 24 should come to Jamie Brock’s room to sign up before Friday October 9th.
Tryouts for MS Softball:
October 5th (7th & 8th Graders) …4:00-6:00
October 6th (6th Graders) …4:00-6:00.
MS Girls Basketball Tryouts will be October 5th for 6th graders and October 6th for 7th/8th graders from 3:00-4:30. You must have an updated physical, and everything completed on final forms before tryouts. See Coach Shepard in the MS gym if you have questions.
Middle school boys’ basketball tryouts will be WEDNESDAY October 21st for 6th graders at 6:00 and THURSDAY October 22nd for 7th and 8th graders at 5:00. You must complete all forms in final forms to participate. If you have any questions, please see Coach Freeman or Coach Webb.
