If you are interesting in running for High School Student Council, then please don’t forget that the application, honor code, and teacher recommendations are due no later than this Monday, May 4th. Please see your MB messages for detailed information and see Mrs. Robertson if you have any questions.

Per the contract, a $30 hold will be placed on your school account if the parking spot is not re-painted black by May 11th. Students will not receive their cap and gown until all holds are cleared. Transcripts are also held until all holds are cleared. Please plan to re-paint your parking spot during school hours the week of May 4th.
Tonight! Our Girls Flag Football will finish out the regular season at 6pm in the Nest against Tyner. Winner holds the 3-seed for the Region tournament next week. We’ve had two weeks to rest and recover and the team is ready to show out. Varsity at 6 and JV at 7:30. Don’t miss a second!
High School spring football will start next Tuesday for 8th-11th graders. In order to participate, you must have all forms complete and uploaded to final forms. Please see coach Webb if you have any questions.
Middle School:
Middle schoolers! The time has come to apply for student council. Current 6th and 7th graders who are interested in leadership for the 2026-2027 school year should fill out the application Ms. Boone sent out on ManageBac, ask a teacher to fill out the recommendation form, and have their parents sign the permission slip. Permission slips can be received and returned from Mrs. Donen’s office. If you have any questions, email Ms. Boone! All 3 portions of the application are due Wednesday, May 6th at 2:45. Thank you!
The Thrilla in Manilla came out with a sequel and it happened last night up on the Mountain! The Screaming Eagles and Canes from East Hamilton battled to a 0-0 tie into overtime until Jensen Richard sent a cross into the center where Ashton Barrett placed the winning goal past a diving keeper, just inside the post, with 30 seconds left. The Eagles host East Ridge on Friday at 5:30 pm in the finals. The two teams tied in the regular season, so we need your help. C’mon out for some great soccer action and hopefully a title!
All peer helpers in Ms. Shepard, Ms. West and Ms. Wheeler’s room please report to CDC for the end of the year party!
