Welcome to 7th grade Language Arts!
Mrs. Angela Roundy
Hello! I would like to introduce myself as your child’s language arts teacher. This is my nineteenth year of teaching. I’ve taught in Northeast Ohio, Tampa (FL), Austin (TX), and now Chattanooga. I have eighteen years of experience in middle school education and one year at the elementary level (at Apison Elementary).
This school year will be exciting for both your child and me. I am dedicated to helping your child gain an appreciation for literature, develop critical thinking skills, and become a lifelong learner. I have planned many activities that I hope will encourage and motivate your child to succeed. I set high expectations for ALL of my students. If your child puts forth his or her best effort, your son or daughter will achieve incredible goals this year.
Here's to a great year!
"Teaching doesn't come from behind the desk but from the heart."
