2024 HS Cheerleading Tryouts
- HS Cheerleading tryouts for 2024 will be taking place near the end of 2023 or the beginning of 2024. Details to follow.

- Several tryout forms must be completed and turned in to Coach Willingham. All tryout forms can be found by clicking on the “Forms” link found on the HS Cheerleading webpage. To access the HS Cheerleading webpage, please CLICK HERE.
- Before participating in the Clinic, a current physical must also be completed by a physician in order to try-out or participate.

All students interested in cheering or mascot at SMHS will need to fill out these forms and return them before being able to tryout:
1. Sign Up Form
2. Qualifications page initialed by parents
3. Parent Permission Form
4. Copy of most recent report card. You can print off at home or ask front desk for help.
5. Current TSSAA physical dated April 20th or later.
No one will be allowed to participate in tryouts without ALL forms (1-5 above) in the tryout packet. They ARE DUE on or before clinic week AS is the DRAGONFLY Health Account. (CURRENT SMMHS Athletes will already have a dragonfly completed and a current TSSAA physical completed.)
Tryouts this year will be __________. The applicant will be expected to wear solid black shorts and a clean, fitted solid white T-shirt. Please, no words, labels, or pictures on the shirt or shorts.
