 How a track meet works:
(Times are not definite, as meets can take less or more time depending on a number of different things, like the size of a team)
The first hour is Field Events.  Shot put, Discus, Long Jump, and High Jump.  These will run all at the same time, with boys and girls switching between events as they get done. Ex: boys are doing discus while girls do shot, and then they switch.
After field events are over, running events will begin and follow this order:
Hurdles, 100m dash, mile run, 800m relay, 400m run, 400m relay, 800m run, 200m dash, mile relay.
Girls will run first in an event, and then boys.  Once an athlete has finished their events they are free to leave, though we encourage team members to stay and cheer for their teammates.

Practice will run from Monday - Thursday 3:00 - 4:00  and be at the track (the football stadium) on the visitors side.
