Welcome to the 2024 MSXC Season!
Due to Hamilton County changes made last year, MS students now run a 2 mile race.
Any student planning to run this season MUST have a current sports physical uploaded to Final Forms prior to their first practice with the team. (It must be dated on or after April 15, 2024.) All other forms found on the link provided below must also be signed and uploaded prior to the first practice as well.
(If any forms are missing or haven’t been approved by the trainer, your athlete will not be eligible to practice with the team.)

Cross Country 2024 (Proposed Schedule)
* Athletes will practice every Monday - Thursday until 4:30pm
* Meets will alternate every Tuesday or Thursday of each week with practice being held on the day we do NOT have a meet.
1st Practice - Aug 8th
Jamboree - Aug 20th
Meet #1 - Aug 22nd
Meet #2 - Aug 27th
Meet #3 - Sept 5th
Meet #4 - Sept 10th
Regular season Rain Date - Sept 12th
All County Tournament - Sept 19th
County Tournament Rain Date - Sept 24th
Sectionals (Male: 7 Varsity & 7 JV runners, Female: 7 Varsity & 7 JV runners) - Sept 27th
